This study aims to find out which Mayana Leaf has a higher starch levels. The study is about comparison between a 6cm leaves and 12 cm leaves and was conducted under 3 trials. A leaf with Anthocyanin was used to make a more visible and detailed results on a plant's starch levels. Anthocyanin are plant secondary metabolites playing a key role as flower pigments in signalling between plants and microbes.

''The reason I chose this experiment was they are different sizes in plant or leaves. Every leaves has a starch that is stored within them. I want to know if a larger size will have the same level of starch or has a higher or lower starch level than a smaller size leaf.
